Domel has received an award for the most innovative company in the region, the second time the award has been given. It also received two silver and three gold awards.

Silver awards for:

• Water dispersal motor – Atomizer
• Sensorless sine control to drive a three-phase *EC motor installed in a shaker and other challenging end products (in cooperation with Tehtnica)

Gold awards for:

• Development and industrialisation of a highly energy-efficient electronic switched motor
• 3-phase compact electronic switched motors for battery-powered garden tools
• Pouring thermoplastic on to basic stator insulation
