Brushless Blowers / Pumps

A significant segment of the Domel product range consists of brushless radial turbo blowers with radial (peripheral) or tangential outlet of the working medium. They are characterised by: compact construction, high operational efficiency, precise control, optimal air flow pattern, easy connection via standard connectors, and the choice of direct current or alternating current power supply.
 
Among the most common brushless blower applications are their uses in various industrial machines. In particular these are fume/smoke extraction devices, printing and paper industry applications, handling and sorting devices, pneumatic transport, wrapping and packaging systems, ventilation and cooling devices, dryers of granulate and plastic materials, hand-dryers, industrial vacuum cleaners and fuel cells. Medicine is a further important field of application of brushless blowers. They are applied in extracting smoke and particles during laser operations, in washer-disinfectors, in extractor devices in dental laboratories, in dental surgery, and in air beds for low air loss therapy and wound care.

Domel manufactures a variety of brushless blowers in one-, two- or three-stage configuration, tangential or radial outlet of the working air. Main blower’s functions are supervised by digital signals with high accuracy and quick response. Each blower set is combined with brushless motor, integrated or separated controller and fan system. Domel also offers tailor-made adjustments, which can cover a broad range of applications in vacuum and pressure devices. To ensure long service life, all the brushless blowers are equipped with thermal protection, soft start, over current protection, under/over voltage protection and speed control. An input signal 0-10 V DC or PWM is used to set the speed. Upon a customer request a speed output information or fault output signal is available. According to customer wishes and requirements, each blower is specifically developed and adapted to the intended application. Efficiency and technical performance of the particular application are further advanced through adjustment of blower characteristics, such as air-flow rate or pressure differential.   • Brushless motor drives with long life offer a wide range of vacuum or pressure applications. They are used for wet and dry aspiration. Blowers consist of brushless motor with integrated controller built on fan system with one to three fan stages and tangential discharge. By using electronic drive, carbon brushes are eliminated. Main blower’s functions are supervised by digital signals with high accuracy and quick response. Overall it means enhanced flexibility, high performance and high level of robustness.
