The 712 series of electronically commutated (EC) motors is designed to be used in battery-driven applications, available in voltages between 12 V and 48 V. In addition to its high efficiency and excellent power-to-weight ratio, the EC technology used also enables an exceptionally long lifetime.
Domel has responded quickly to the market demand and developed a new family of high-speed EC motors by using state-of-the-art simulation tools. They feature compact design, low weight and noise, and exceptionally high efficiency. This is particularly important for the end user, as it allows for significantly longer autonomy of use. The 712 family of EC motors is designed for a power range of 30 to 500 W, and the electronics ensure precise regulation and rapid adjustment to various usage requirements. The motor has a modular design and can be used in various applications.
