BMC thermosetting parts

Thermally, chemically and mechanically resistant BMC components are the most cost-effective replacements for aluminium and thermoplastic components.

In 1992 we introduced injection moulding of BMC Duroplast. Today we use injection moulding machines with clamping forces from 1,200 kN to 4.510 kN. All machinery is equipped with automatic handling.

Our competences include:

  • Injection-moulding of thermosetting materials
  • Cleaning of products in special chambers for shot blasting
  • Tempering of products
  • In-house tool design and manufacturing
  • Sigmasoft software for simulations
  • Storage of BMC materials in a refrigerated warehouse
  • Development process in line with automotive industry standards
  • CAQ system
  • Patented insertion of metal sleeves

ISO 13485 certified, ensuring top-quality, safe laboratory equipment

Injection moulding machines with clamping forces from 1,200 kN to 3,500 kN. All machinery is equipped with an advanced automation system.

Thermally, chemically and mechanically resistant and stable BMC components are the most cost-effective replacements for aluminium and thermoplastic components.

Advantages compared to aluminium:

  • Significantly lower product weight
  • Final dimensions of the product are achieved in the injection moulding process, which means that additional mechanical treatment is not needed.
