Centrifuge Centric 220 R

The Centric 220 R is a refrigerated microcentrifuge designed for reliable everyday laboratory work. Combining compact dimensions, powerful cooling and intuitive operation, it is the ideal solution for molecular biology, clinical diagnostics and research laboratories.

With a maximum speed of 16,200 rpm and 25,200 × g, the Centric 220 R delivers fast, precise and reproducible results while maintaining excellent sample protection through accurate temperature control from -20 °C to +40 °C. Its fast cooling system reduces the chamber temperature from 20 °C to 4 °C in approximately 5 minutes, making it well suited for temperature-sensitive applications.

The centrifuge supports six interchangeable rotors, enabling laboratories to process a wide variety of sample formats, including microtubes, PCR strips and hematocrit capillaries. Equipped with a maintenance-free brushless induction motor, intuitive LCD display and programmable operating parameters, the Centric 220 R provides reliable performance and outstanding ease of use for routine laboratory applications.
